The Design Process

Our main goal is to ensure that the entire experience of designing and printing your stationery is effortless, delightful, and completely free of any stress. Allow us to provide you with a brief overview of the design process, timings, and shipping details, so you can have a seamless journey.

Please be aware that our turnaround times and shipping costs can vary depending on the product, cardstock options, and printing method you choose. To provide you with all the necessary information, we strive to include comprehensive details on each product page and below. However, if you need additional information, please don't hesitate to contact us at any time. We are more than happy to assist you.


*After you have placed your order and provided us with your information, we will begin the process of design work.

*You will receive an initial digital proof via email within 2-3 business days, taking into consideration the level of customisation needed.

*During this phase, do not hesitate to make any requests for subtle modifications in the design or any necessary corrections. We take great pleasure in offering you the opportunity to enjoy 1-3 rounds of complimentary changes (please refer to the specific product page for precise details).

*Your revisions will be ready in just 2-3 business days! We'll send you a revised digital proof via email for your valuable feedback and approval.

*After you give us the green signal to print, your design will be sent for production. Please note that once it's in production, no more modifications can be made. Rest assured, we will never send your design to print without your written approval!

We'll always be happy to continue working with you on your design if, by chance, you require additional alterations and proofs to the ones provided complimentary, there'll be a small fee to cover additional proofs and additional design time.

We make sure to take great care in checking the spelling, layout, and details. However, it's important for you to personally review your design and ensure that the spelling and layout are exactly as you want them before giving us the green light to print.


Sample packs are priced at £3.00, which includes one envelope and one digitally printed sample invitation. In case multiple sample invitations are desired, additional invitation samples can be obtained at a cost of £1.75 per invitation. Please note that invitation samples are pre-printed and cannot be personalized with names, wedding information, wedding dates, or wedding colours.

Samples are sent via Royal Mail 2nd class and are dispatched within 1 week. It is important to keep in mind that other stationery items are not available as samples. Furthermore, please be aware that colours may vary, and therefore, the colour of the ordered stationery may not match the originally received samples.



As a complimentary addition, we provide white envelopes together with every order of save the date, invitation, RSVP card, and thank you cards. If you wish to upgrade to colour envelopes, you may do so by selecting the desired option in the accessory section during the ordering process. Please ensure to request colour envelopes at the time of placing your order.
For your convenience, envelopes will be individually wrapped and packed separately alongside your save the date, invitation, RSVP card, and thank you card orders.


Print Production Times

Only when proofs have been approved, the below estimation guide shall be used for printing.

SIGNAGE: 10-14 business days

DIGITAL PRINTING: 7 business days

DIGITAL FOILING: 7-10 business days
