IMPORTANT NOTES

  • ASF Creationz is not responsible for postal or courier delays once your parcel has been dispatched

  • Please double check your shipping address before confirming your order. We can’t be held responsible for parcels sent to an incorrect address.

  • All products are made to order, so please allow adequate time before your event date.

  • No international shipping is currently available.

LOCAL COLLECTION
If you’re based in or around Leicester, you can choose local collection on your order form.
We’ll email you once your order is ready and arrange a convenient collection time.

BULK ORDERS

For large, bespoke or event orders, please allow additional time for design and production. We’ll always confirm estimated delivery dates when you place your order.

DELAYS & RESPONSIBILITY

Once you parcel has been dispatched, delivery times are in the hands of the courier. We’re not responsible for delays caused by postal services, strikes or incorrect delivery information provided at checkout.

PACKAGING & FRAGILE ITEMS

All signage and acrylic products are securely packaged with protective wrap and sturdy backing to ensure safe delivery.
We recommend opening your parcel carefully and checking all items upon arrival.
