Before any work begins, you will receive proofs and ideas for approval. You have the opportunity to make up to 3 design changes at no cost. Additional changes will result in a fee. Please ensure your email address is accurate. All proofs and ideas are watermarked to prevent printing or reproduction elsewhere.

It is highly recommended that orders be placed at least 4 months in advance of your wedding or event, especially during peak season. For large orders, please send your request at least 4 months prior to ensure timely delivery of your beautiful signs. This will guarantee that your order is secured before our availability is limited.

Absolutely, we are able to accommodate that request for an extra fee. Keep in mind that printing your stationery double sided is not only more cost efficient that having two separate pieces, but also more environmentally friendly. It’s a win-win situation.

Of course! Every stationery order includes complimentary white envelopes. If you prefer colour envelope, simply add them to your order in the accessories section. Assembly service is available for an additional fee.
