What Service do you offer?

We specialise in custom stationery, event signage, and personalised invitations for weddings, birthdays, christenings, baby showers, and more. Every piece is crafted to match your unique style and event theme.

Do you offer calligraphy services as well as stationery products?

Unfortunately, we only offer stationery.

How do you share proofs or ideas with us?

Before any work begins, you will receive proofs and ideas for approval. You have the opportunity to make up to 3 design changes at no cost. Additional changes will result in a fee. Please ensure your email address is accurate. All proofs and ideas are watermarked to prevent printing or reproduction elsewhere.

Could you assist me in coming up with the wording for my invitations?

Absolutely! I understand that this section may pose a challenge, but I am ready to assist with direction and phrasing.

Do you ship internationally?

We currently ship within the UK.

Are you able to do double-sided printing?

Absolutely, we are able to accommodate that request for an extra fee. Keep in mind that printing your stationery double-sided is not only more cost-efficient than having two separate pieces, but also more environmentally friendly. It's a win-win situation!

Are you able to create invitations in various languages?

Absolutely, I am capable of assisting with that! Simply ensure that the text you submit is error-free in terms of spelling and grammar. Keep in mind that certain fonts may not support alternative languages, but worry not, I will guide you on viable alternatives. What wedding items do you create?

How early should I order?

It is highly recommended that orders be placed at least 4 months in advance of your wedding or event, especially during peak season. For large orders, please send your request at least 4 months prior to ensure timely delivery of your beautiful signs. This will guarantee that your order is secured before our availability is limited.

Do you provide assembly services, envelopes, or wax seal stamping?

Of course! Every stationery order includes complimentary white envelopes. If you prefer colour envelopes, simply add them to your order in the accessories section. Assembly service is available for an additional fee. Stay tuned for the upcoming wax seal option!

What is your return policy?

All sales are final due to customisation, but errors on our end will be corrected promptly.

Can you provide an estimate on how quickly you can complete the signage?

The process typically lasts around three weeks, with shipping time included.

Do you create other types of stationery items such as place cards and seating plans?

Indeed, I most certainly do!
